When you receive what you bought

• Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Answers appear on screen, usually within a minute of asking.
• Reports are created on screen and can be downloaded straight away, and downloaded again later from your account.

If something hasn't arrived

If your credits or report haven't appeared within 30 minutes of paying, email support@astroayana.com with your order number. We'll add them, or refund you in full — see Refunds and cancellation.
